The best way of understanding what we do and how it can benefit your organisation is to see some example video from a usability test. Below are some examples in Web quality - our clients get these in full screen resolution.
Please be aware that they take quite a while to download, so don't attempt this on anything other than a decent broadband connection! Or contact us and ask for them on a CD.
This video shows a typical user on the site www.crystalski.co.uk attempting to accomplish the following task:
"Find out how much it would cost for a beginner ski holiday in Italy compared with France in the first week of March 2004.
2 adults and 1 child, living in Coventry, assuming you have the right clothes but no equipment and you want to work out the full price."
We designed the task to represent an everyday goal of a travel site visitor, and the user was selected because she has previously booked skiing holidays online.
